On my main Web site I've added a "recently added" page, which shows as an additional tab across the top of the home page here: http://www.peterfraileyphoto.com/.
Though all galleries (old and new!) can also be accessed via the "all galleries" tab on the home page, a "recently added" page will make it easier to see what's been added since your last visit.
